I would like to express my personal thanks to you, dear colleagues.

My name is Stefan van Ark, and I work as an MFE in the service department of BUVS03. For many years, I have been active at IMS Gear in various roles and positions – including assignments abroad. These experiences have shaped me not only professionally, but also personally. I've experienced a great deal of trust, team spirit, and support here – and for that, I am truly grateful.

Over time, the opportunities and paths that have opened up at IMS Gear have also influenced my personal life: I met my wife here, and today we have a family with two children. This is a very personal point for me because it shows that work is not just about tasks and processes – it can also shape life paths.

It's important to me that we continue treating each other with respect, even when our opinions differ.

With these lines, I simply want to say thank you – for your collaboration, for the respect in our daily work, and for the many small things that often seem self-evident but are not. My wish is that we preserve this culture and keep improving it together.

Regardless of the works council election – thank you for your time and for working together as one team.
