Having one's own candidate list is a normal, regular path in works council elections. Colleagues can either join an existing list or submit their own list – both are common. With the "Integrity" list, I am introducing an independent option: respectful, factual, and without division. My goal is to address issues from everyday work life transparently and represent them constructively.
